Moti Bernstein è il figlio che ogni madre desidera, lo studente a cui ogni Rabbino ama insegnare, il compagno di studi ideale per la Yeshiva, il partner perfetto per ogni sposa. Ha tutto: una buona famiglia, una mente brillante e non è neanche male… Alla ricerca di una moglie, incontrerà le migliori ragazze del mondo ebraico ortodosso, ma si innamorerà dell’unica ragazza che non potrà mai avere. L’unica che desidera. Contro tutto ciò che sa e contro ogni valore a lui caro, Moti sarà costretto a mettersi in gioco nel modo più inaspettato e originale.

Louise, un avvocato di religione ebraica, arriva da Parigi per concludere un importante affare immobiliare. Si affida a Neta, un’autista e astuta eroina di Mahane Yehuda, che intuisce subito l’opportunità economica e decide di restare al fianco di Louise ad ogni costo.

Quando le due visitano la Città Vecchia, scoprono un legame segreto tra una donna ultraortodossa e un uomo di religione cristiana, che comunicano attraverso note nascoste nelle scanalature del Muro del Pianto. Nel tentativo di risolvere il mistero, Louise e Neta seguono l’enigmatica coppia attraverso gli stretti vicoli della città. Louise, a Jewish lawyer, arrives from Paris to finalize an important real estate deal, using Neta, a chance driver, the cunning hero from Mahane Yehuda, who immediately finds the economic opportunity and decides to stick with Louise at any cost.

When the two visit the Old City, they discover a secret connection between an ultra-Orthodox woman and a Christian man who communicate through notes hidden within the grooves of the Wailing Wall in the Old City of Jerusalem. In an attempt to solve the mystery, Louise and Neta follow the puzzling couple through the narrow alleyways of the city. A comedy of mistakes in the heart of magical Jerusalem, and a story about friendship between two women at a critical point in their lives.
